Detailed Job Description:
- Definition of Services
- Incident Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Permanent fix for repetitive incident
- Support Health check initiatives
- Weekend on-call support to take care of any patching/upgrades to cornerstone application /server OS etc.
- Weekday Support: Both onshore and offshore works in 3 shifts each to take care of US and Non-US region user issues.
Job Requirements:
- Pro-active monitoring for Failed events, handle errors, Failed instances and duplicate data in DB
- Prepare scripts to resolve the tickets and issues identified in pro-active monitoring
- Prepare /Maintain work around document
