Detailed Job Description:

  • Definition of Services 
  • Incident Management
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 
  • Permanent fix for repetitive incident
  • Support Health check initiatives
  • Weekend on-call support to take care of any patching/upgrades to cornerstone application /server OS etc.
  • Weekday Support: Both onshore and offshore works in 3 shifts each to take care of US and Non-US region user issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Pro-active monitoring for Failed events, handle errors, Failed instances and duplicate data in DB
  • Prepare scripts to resolve the tickets and issues identified in pro-active monitoring
  • Prepare /Maintain work around document
