Job Responsibilities:

• Build web screens to capture/update/analyze complex electrophysiological data.
• Incorporate raw data import feature.
• Blend manually entered and imported raw data.
• Build complex analysis features to process data through computations.
• Interactive and iterative options to review computation results, perform QC, fix issues, and recompute.
• Generate graphs/tables and other visualizations.
• Leverage SQL Server to store data.
• Builds software compliant with corporate IT standards (follows language-based best practices, submits code for peer reviews, follows change management process).

Skills:

• Advanced experience with R programming and building complex, modular, interactive applications in the R/Shiny framework.
• Web development - UI & UX experience.
• JavaScript frameworks React-Redux (strongly preferred) or Angular.
• JQuery, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 & CSS3.
• SQL Server database.
• Ability to create complex online charts, graphs and dashboards (data visualizations in R).
• Azure DevOps (Git/TFS), or Atlassian stack.
• Experience with web API services (JSON, REST).

Experience:

• Software development life cycle
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• Experience working with science teams, scientific data and data visualizations.
