Detailed Job Description:
- Convert one existing team to Scrum from Kanban/other methodology.
- Guide a new team on Scrum practices.
- Keep both teams focused on prioritized work from the Product Owner.
- Protect them from distractions, ensure processes are followed and suggest new processes. Record and publish regular metrics to show success and areas for improvement.
- Follow Scrum ceremonies.
- Be a contributing member of the Agile Practice and be a change agent as we implement new ways of working across Technology that will better allow us to be Agile at scale.
Specific Skills:
- This must be a seasoned, experienced Scrum Master.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills are a must
- Ability to navigate change.
- Well-spoken, confident, yet authentically kind with the teams.
- Strong knowledge of Jira.
- Certification is preferred, experience is equally appreciated.
