IT Consultant  with 10-13 Years of Information Technology experience to manage Local Data Hub activities for the District's Health Benefit Exchange.

Complete Description:

The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking to hire an IT Consultant responsible for developing data exchange relationships with multiple District agencies' directors and CIOs who must become part of the DC Access System (DCAS) local data hub. The consultant, working with agency program staff will develop data element metadata, establish a prioritization order to resolve data conflicts and establish processes and data dictionaries that will be maintained by OCTO after post implementation.

This position requires extensive knowledge of information technology, database management and implementation of data exchange framework.

Expertise in organizing and executing tasks, document processes and communicate effectively to project team members on status including issues and risks.
