Detailed Job Description:
- Banking domain experience is must.
- Should be able to manage a team of individuals, assign tasks, provide guidance, take decisions and engage with senior management in delivery
- Should be able to validate the estimates of the technical / application performance activities; should be able to track and assess the performance of the project against the project plan and identify newer risks during the course of the execution phase; thereby taking necessary corrective and preventive action
- Lead and support performance engineering activities for multiple application stacks resulting in successful implementation of scalable and robust programs
- Responsible for providing SME expertise in the area of performance engineering and product tuning and capacity planning
- Expertise in PC/LoadRunner tool and respective protocols, workload modelling and performance test planning
- Expertise in strategizing performance testing needs for application. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues for production and AUT’s
