Skills Required:

 

·      Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field preferred

·      One (1) to Three (3) years Finance or related experience required

·      Three (3) to Five (5) years of Project Management experience preferred

·      Six Sigma experience preferred

·      Working knowledge of financial transactions flow and their financial statements impact

·      Ability to work effectively in team environment and with multiple priorities and certain deadlines

·      Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and organization skills

·      Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·      Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job

·      Ability to work effectively in team environment and with multiple priorities and certain deadlines

·      Experience performing requirements gathering, current state analysis, and future state redesign recommendations, for process, modeling, data, report creation and analysis to be utilized by finance and business segment leadership

·      IT experience - system implementation experience preferred

 

Departmental Requirements:

·      Lead and collaborate on change management planning for this initiatives, including business readiness, and stakeholder assessment

·      Lead and participate in, designing, testing, and implementing and management of new system application solutions as get developed

·      Ability to identify and document business requirements, process flows and desk procedures

·      Act as internal consultant within group by re-engineering business processes for greater efficiencies with significant positive impact to the business

·      Educate both functional and cross functional leadership on governance (future and current policies, data capture and data structure to ensure consistency and usability of the information

·      Lead training development and delivery on reporting tools, system and business process changes

·      Advanced Excel, Visio, MS Project and Access skills required

·      Prefer to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and potential for Able to work with tight deadlines and multiple key tasks
