• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Should have 5+ years of hands on experience in implementation of enterprise web and client server applications using Java/J2EE and Object - oriented programming
• Experience in developing and utilizing Java/J2EE technologies such as Java Server Pages (JSP), Servlets, JSTL, JDBC, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), JNDI.
• Should have hands on experience in J2EE, Core Java, Spring.
• Should have good exposure/experience with Agile Practices.
• Person should have excellent communication skills, to interact and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
