Detailed Job Description:

• Expertise in Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience working with the Carbon Design System and Pattern and Asset Library.
• Experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experience with design and agile workflows in GitHub for managing the design project.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity).
• Experience in the craft of Design and Design Thinking and ability to work with complex design language and component systems.
• Experience with complex enterprise application UX modernization projects.
