Detailed Job Description:

• Experience of Sterling Integrator, ITXA, Sterling File Gateway, Secure Proxy is the core requirement for this role.
• At least 8 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Researches and resolves internal and external escalations regarding EDI related issues
• Perform service and QA activities regarding daily EDI file exchange
• Develop and test new EDI data maps based on EDI mapping specifications
• Debug and fix issues with existing EDI data maps and processes
• Work with partners when necessary to identify and resolve EDI issues
• Review manual and automated processes periodically to identify improvement opportunities
• Define methods and procedures for improving current EDI processes and implementation time frames
• Work with engineering and quality assurance teams in multiple locations
• Work with EDI trading partners to test and implement new business transactions
• Develop and implement EDI workflows for automation and success opportunities channels
• Analysis and delivery of reports identifying process improvement opportunities
• Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams to deliver quality solutions
• Assist with building business cases and project justification reports
• Work in a team environment and be flexible to perform multiple functions supporting activities in Agile frameworks
