Detailed Job Description:

• AMS Support for Apigee application during onshore hours.
• Able to quickly analyze production issues and communicate to stakeholders accordingly.
• Suggest workaround as needed when immediate resolution cannot be found.
• Candidate should be able to do onsite\Offshore co-ordination.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving skill

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Support Apigee and Apigee Dev Portal production environments.
2. Daily coordination with client and offshore
3. Resolve critical issues on production servers
