Detailed Job Description:
- 9 - 10 years of working experienceasProject Manager. (Must have Edifecs Upgrade experience).
- Familiarity of the healthcare payer industry and experience of Medicaid and Medicare a BIG plus.
- Proven ability in managing technology product upgrades such as Facets upgrade, Edifecs upgrade for large enterprise.
- Hands- on proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to analyze product release notes and vendor SOW to establish scope.
- Ability to analyze product features and changes to establish business process impact.
- Proven ability to prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Manage large-scale and medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone projects.
- Experience working in project management software is required.
- Extensive understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently lead a project team.
- Excellent planning, negotiating and influencing skillset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Activities include:
- Drive and Manage technology upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedule.
- Manage Risk and Issue Log.
- Develop and distribute status reports.
