Must Haves:

• Cloud Applications, report writing and workday experience.
• Four year degree in information technology, healthcare related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Software development lifecycle, workflow design, programming skills (any language), and problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Five years of SharePoint experience with both WSS and MOSS.
• 10 years of development experience preferred.
• A strong understanding of security and credentialing.
• Knowledge of . Net (C# and Visual Basic), SQL, and Active Directory (or ADAM).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with end users of all levels a must.
• Experience with SharePoint workflow and InfoPath.

 Pluses:

• Master's Degree in information technology or computer related field.
• Project Management, Team Lead or related experience.
• Skills that include messaging and collaboration, web technologies, wireless technologies, system interfaces, database querying and reporting.
• 6-10 years of related experience in any of the following skills. Project Management, Team Lead, messaging and collaboration, web technologies, wireless technologies, system interfaces, database querying and reporting.
