Detailed Job Description:
- Overall 8 years of testing experience
- Over 5 years of Experience in Utilities domain
- Hands on Testing experience in IVR testing
- Should be able to identify and write test scenarios and test cases for IVR testing
- Should be able to do the functional testing for the test scenarios identified
- Experience in playing a test lead role at client locations
- Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in testing Avaya and Cisco IVR platforms
- Coordinating, planning and leading the UAT efforts by working closely with Business users.
