Detailed Job Description:

• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management)
• Excellent understanding of visual presentation of data
• Perform data modeling in tableau. Adding/creating dimensions, measures and calculations
• Excellent hands on knowledge of SQL queries and databases
• Proven Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries
• Create and edit SQL queries within Tableau to build calculated fields
• Create interactive filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau
• Demonstrable experience of using a combination of user interface tools such as wire frames, prototypes, mock - ups, or white boarding to illustrate product usability.
• Empirical understanding of data systems (BI analytics, data blending, data warehousing, data ETL, etc.) on process automation and standardization
• Understand the data and then correlate it with business needs and suggest innovative reports and dashboards that will help is faster decision making for the business team.
• Experience with Agile Methodology including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired
• Healthcare or Insurance/Financial services industry knowledge is preferred
