• 13-15 years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE as developer, lead or architect. 
• Strong knowledge in Ionic or React and Spring framework. 
• Good experience in AWS (Networking, Storage, Containers, Microservices.). 
• Strong knowledge in DevOps. 
• Proficient and hands- on in Cassendra Database. 
• Good knowledge of relational databases. 
• Experience in architecting & developing n-tier / distributed systems. 
• Experience in an Agile working environment. 
• Strong communication skill. 
• Providing technical guidance & directions to the team.  
• Good understanding of general design patterns. Highly desired.
