Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead the task to produce/validate the required documentation for all in-scope Workday HRIS business processes.
    • Data flow diagrams.
    • Business process diagrams.
  • Lead the Development of the end-end test cases and test execution scenarios for all in-scope Workday HRIS business processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed Test Plans.
    • Identification of business resource require to jointly execute test plans.
    • Coordination of Test Data Refreshes/Synchronization with the Internal IS Team.
  • Identifies, creates, and secures test data as required.
  • Conduct QA/Test activities.
    • Execute the testing scenarios.
    • Investigate, analyze, and correct test defects.
    • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
  • Perform final Acceptance testing of our Workday HRIS application.
  • Support the needs of our internal audit by ensuring all test scenarios are properly documented and signed-off.
  • Understand the impact of the Bi-annual Workday updates and the impact on the testing scenarios.
  • Working closely with our Change Manager / Trainer record / document successful test scenarios
