• Must have atleast 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Sales, Marketing, Field Services.
• Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
• Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
• Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices.
• Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
• Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology.

Certifications Needed: Yes (D365 sales, marketing, FS customizations and configurations)
