- An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred)
- Understanding in BY / JDA PMM
- Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures
- Prior experience with configuration, testing development with BY / JDA PMM
- Experience developing on Windows/Unix environment
- Experience in Pl/sql programming
- Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures
- Strong conceptual understanding in the Merchandizing and Retail Supply chain
- Good Knowledge on BY / JDA PMM.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
- Strong Communicator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
- Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.
- Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage
- Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills
- Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
- Prior JDA Master Planning and Fulfillment or i2 SCP implementation experience in the Retail/CPG domain would be an added advantage
- 6 years of experience in implementing/supporting JDA Demand Planning and Fulfillment
- Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
- Ability to perform solution design
- Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
- Carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned
- Reviewing functional /technical specs
- Coordinating with the customer offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
- Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities
- Provide support for estimations
- Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements
- Provide technical leadership in the development / implementation project
