Detailed Job Description:

• Minimum 4 years of Product Owner Experience or equivalent
• Able to translate frontline experiences into technical requirements
• Experience and knowledge working with frontline users and platforms
• Ability to translate high technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying levels.
• Strong ability to prepare and present and good in documentation
• Experience working with teams that support frontline experiences
• Experience working with teams that work directly with business partners
• Experience working with commerce/selling experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards
• Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile Framework
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and ability to drive results through positive influence
• Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading
• Experience working Jira JIRA Align

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Groom Backlog in advance of Sprint Planning with Dev Team
2. Keep the Backlog prioritized for next 1 to 2 Sprints
