Detailed Job Description:

  • Analysis of current onboarding process for new hires for different departments/business functions.
  • Proactively reach out to stakeholders of the departments/business functions for identifying user onboarding requirements.
  • Work with departments/business function owners to get signed off requirements for user onboarding.
  • Develop the job-role matrix which specifies the roles to be assigned to new-hires in different departments/business functions and software/hardware provisioning requirements for each of the roles.
  • Leverage reusable templates for capturing onboarding requirements and development of Job-role matrix.
  • Optimization of roles identified by working with different departments/business functions in order to further streamline the onboarding process and Role-based access control (RBAC) model.
  • Liaise with IAM Development Team, helpdesk and department/business function owners in implementation of onboarding processes and requirements based on the job-role matrix.
