- Experience with Vendor hosted applications (top requirement).
- Experience with Infrastructure – i.e. Windows, SQL servers.

- ServiceNow - ticket system (preferred tool)
- AutoSys – job scheduling (preferred tool)
- Splunk (top requirement)
- File Transfer Protocols (top requirement)
- Oracle Financials
- WorkDay
- Knowledge of SQL queries – write basic, modify more complex.
