Detailed Job Description:

• API gateway implementation with any one of the API gateway technologies like Kong/Nginx, Apigee
• Configuring nested routes, services, rate limiting, load balancing rules
• Building custom plugins with Lua scripting or Golang
• Implement best security practices for preventing DDoS attack, CORS in the API gateway
• Security implementation with OAuth2, JWT
• Deploying workloads on to Docker containers / Kubernetes (Preferably on AWS) with tools like Gitlab
• Canary, Blue green deployments
• Troubleshooting fixing any production issues in the gateway
• Applying software security patches

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. API gateway implementation with any one of the API gateway technologies like KongNginx, Apigee
