Detailed Job Description:
  • Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.
  • Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.
  • Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.
  • Interact, collaborate, and coordinate with other NOC tier support groups and fourth level subject matter experts within various business departments.
  • Perform daily administrative duties, support maintenance activity, and execute processes and procedures as outlined by department.
  • Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required. One weekend day plus
