Detailed Job Description:
- Lead Consultant role for UAT to lead the FICA track.
- Should have very good grip on FICA processes including Dunning and BRF.
- Candidate should be able to understand the client processes and create functional flows and scenarios for the UAT cycle.
- Candidate is required to communicate with the business users and other stakeholders to guide and lead the UAT team to define the processes and support the UAT users.
- SAP ISU FICA consultant role with following experience/proficiency in FICA
- Dunning Processes
- BRF+ testing
- Installment Plan enhancements testing
- Low Income Screen testing
- Electronic Refund enhancements testing
Minimum years of experience: 5+
