- Red Hat Technical Support Engineer to work with Identity Management Support team:
- Provide engineering support for Identity Management implementation of Red Hat System Security Services Daemon (SSSD) and related security and availability controls such as LDAP, Kerberos and Samba.
- As part of Identity Access (SSSD) development, collaborate with other engineers to develop operations utilities for identity: conflict resolution, reporting and ad - hoc requests.
- Work experience in UNIX and LINUX administration
- Well-grounded in Network UNIX System Security
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management policy and controls
- Understanding of Red Hat SSSD UNIX-AD Bridge access management configuration setup and control
- Scripting or programming experience in languages like Bash, C, Python, or PowerShell
- Setup and support Red Hat SSSD
- Experience writing LDAP search requests
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, problem solving and investigation
- Understanding of Kerberos ticketing commands
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience writing scripts using Bash and Python and to troubleshoot and correct Linux issues
- Red Hat Certified Administrator (RHCA), RHCE, or other Linux certifications
