- MAC Imaging using DEP
- Access troubleshooting
- Application/Software Installation
- JAMF application support
- OS Upgradation as per established standards
- Loaner device management
- Network connectivity issues
- Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting
- Working with Desktop engineering and ITAM teams
- Updating SNOW records as appropriate
- Incident and Request ticket support
- Working with remote SD team for escalated issues
- Providing remote support for escalated issues
- End point compliance support
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Open to work in 24X7 rotational shifts
- Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
