• Hands-on Experience and Expertise on SuccessFactors Reporting tools BIRT, Canvas/ Online Report Designer, People Analytics Report Story, YouCalc Dashboards, Tiles & Dashboard, Adhoc reports
• Working as Success factor Report developer which includes activities like requirements gathering, solution design, Report development, testing, defect resolution, conducting technical trainings for customer
• Experience and knowledge on SuccessFactors Compensations, SF Employee Central and building of reports for these modules
• Experience on Integration Center and CPI for developing inbound and outbound interfaces
