Must Haves:

• Experience with custom Workday configuration build in the HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and supporting the full lifecycle of configurations and integrations.
• Experience designing, architecting and solutioning HR Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation).
• Experience working with a team of integration developers.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process, Self-service transactions, Change Job.

• Workday Certification
