• Drive the design of state - of the art building management system/Smart building systems for existing and new buildings to work on premise as well as on IoT Platforms
• Work with nominated BMS consultants to optimize and produce best designs
• Provide coordination and guidance to the Building Consultants
• Review, optimize and certify the designs
• Technical evaluation of vendor schemes and proposals
• Technical reviewer, responsible for the design team and contractors adherence and compliance to Standards
• Engaging with the relevant stakeholders for: technical solutions, engineering and commissioning, testing and handover, training
• Assessment of building system design risks to the projects critical path. Escalation to project leads where appropriate
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce LEED Platinum certified or equivalent buildings.

Minimum years of experience: 5+
