• Possess expertise to implement and administer system management tools and processes such as Entuity, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE and Netbrain

Detailed Job Description:

• Responsible for the overall Network management processes and all its interfaces
• Planning, monitoring, and maintenance of Security and Network Management components
• Ticket triage Tier 12, resolution determining root cause of any issue uncovered and develop solutions to address any identified network issues
• Making configuration changes to router and switches as related to the Network infrastructure requirements
• Manage vendor interaction and close communication with stakeholders to track, identify and Troubleshooting, Configuration, Communication
