- Minimum 7 years of Clarity experience providing clarity services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing Jaspersoft reports
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Java Development
- Experienced in handling complex Clarity Technical support programs and achieve best in class user satisfaction
- Ability to help customers with clarity product adoption via conducting dedicated support hours for business users
- Flexibility to lead Clarity support engagement adhering to SLA s, defining standard operating procedures, manage critical job/process failures, product upgrades and Broadcom support coordination.
- Ability to lead WAR room s with effective Clarity solutions and workarounds
- Experience with Change deployment process, patch deployment process
- Experienced in building strong support knowledge base and increase efficiency of support effort.
- Strong expertise on Clarity Technical Skills Clarity Studio, Java based Integrations, Data Migrations, XOG, Gel script, Unix, Jasper reports
- Strong Implementation expertise covering functional modules Demand Management, Project Management, Roadmaps, Financial Management, Resource Management
