• Deep understanding on workflow design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) applications based on the defined PRPC Guardrails.
• Should have working knowledge on different areas of PRPC like Case Management, UI, Reports, Agents, Routing, Decision rules
• Understand the rules management and associated tools such as export import tools, skimming and bulk processing tools
• Should be able to understand the scalability and reuse aspects of the application in development and can provide and evaluate enterprise class structure that is scalable and extensible
• Good understanding of PRPC security model, integrating PRPC with external managed security such as LDAP
• Provide technical expert services to the application development team along with Strong Database (RDBMS) skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills are very much required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and work closely with client/partners
