Project Management:
- Lead and participate in the full delivery lifecycle of strategy and implementation projects for our clients using agile and hybrid project management approaches (e.g., experience as a Scrum Master)
- Plan workstreams, assign and track work activities, identify, report and manage/mitigate risks, manage resolution of outstanding issues and actions,
- Manage the development lifecycle using a combination of agile and waterfall delivery models including activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, test cycle definition and planning, migration and cutover planning.
- Define models to track status of activities and deliverables to facilitate quantitative reporting of the project progress
- Provide weekly status on project activities, deliverables, scope, schedule, budget, and risks/issues
Data Migration and MDM Analysis:
- Define, design and lead discovery workshops around current state business processes for managing various master data domains (Customer, Supplier, Product, etc.)
- Participate and drive requirements elicitation and documentation relative to data migration and master data management
- Work with business and technical stakeholders of source and target systems to understand requirements, constraints, dependencies, and technical constructs of source and target systems
- Define solution approaches to leveraging MDM as part of an enterprise level data migration effort from legacy applications to new-age cloud based applications
- Assess and identify source system data quality idiosyncrasies and design approaches for cleansing and standardizing the data as part of the data migration/MDM journey
- Define stages and steps in the overall data migration approach and plan day to day activities that support the agreed upon approach
- Work with data migration architects and analysts on assessment and design efforts, including roadmap definition, estimation, data transformation definition, implementation approach, and detailed planning
- Assess current state of data management controls and drive new models for governance and stewardship
