Detailed Job Description:
- Candidate experience with ERP background desired. Desirable - Inventory, Merchandizing and other Supply Chain areas.
- Retail experience is a MUST. A successful candidate should identify themselves not as a Project coordinator tracking schedules/budget, but being able to provide value to project execution; Should be able to guide/ partner with Product and Development teams to achieve delivery efficiency (within budget and quality code on time without any churn)
- Proven experience in dealing with cross functional teams Ecom, SupplyChain, supporting team (Infrastructure, DevOps, Production Engineering etc). Should be able to provide examples in the interview.
- Retail experience is a must. Should be able to excel in a fast paced environment, deal with and be able to steer team in ambiguous situations.
- Should not shy away from escalation and use judgement (not a checklist) to keep the project on track. Should be able to provide examples in the interview.
- Need to know Financial fundamentals or be able to quickly learn and ramp-up.
- Experience working with Agile teams, Agile estimation and interweaving dependencies with non-Agile teams.
- Tools Savvy and have hands-On experience in Jira, Confluence and other collaboration tools; Advocating tools usage to the teams.
- Should be good in communication and manage coordination and work independently with william sonoma client team
