- Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 4 years of Information Technology experience
- 4 years of business analystproject management functional analyst experience
- 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Techno functional
- 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review
