- Along with SCRUM /Agile wok experience he/she should have about 15 years exp in scrum /agile program management. person has to
- Maintained all change management procedures for technical department and ensured system compliance to Sarbanes - Oxley regulations through regular auditing.
- Maintained RFP proposal generation engine for the organization, bidding and winning projects.
- Enforced continuous improvement via goal setting, project retrospectives, internal administration changes and process improvement standard definition.
- Should be able to Led Quality Assurance effort for train repositioning project and setup Traceability Matrix to align Requirements with Test Cases.
Minimum years of experience: 5+
