Detailed Job Description:

• At least 8 years of functional BA experience with knowledge on healthcare domain.
• Proficient in BA skills, should be able to handle requirements end-to-end.
• Must have hands-on experience in preparing use cases, user stories, functional requirements, process and UML diagrams.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts. 
• Should have experience on Salesforce CRM and ETL process.
• Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Agile methodology is given priority.
• Should have experience with scrum techniques, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives.
• Should have worked on large RFPs in the Healthcare space.
• Professional education like certified scrum master is an added advantage.
