Detailed Job Description:

• 10+ years of IT experience and 7+ years in Splunk and 5 Years in New Relic.
• Knowledge in Application monitoring, Browser monitoring, Mobile monitoring, Synthetic monitoring.
• Extensive knowledge of Splunk architecture and various components.
• Experience with Splunk Searching and Reporting modules - (Splunk ITSI and Enterprise Security App) Knowledge Objects, Administration.
• Good knowledge in New Relic features. Experience using New Relic suite of products (APM, Insights, Infrastructure, Synthetics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in writing queries and Splunk dashboard creation
• Experienced in configuring the App Dynamics and New Relic Monitoring WebMobile applications Databases using New Relic EUM and Database agents as well as Synthetic monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
