- SCCM administration - 5 years
- Intune client management - 2 years
- Autopilot 2 years
- Responsible for SCCM infrastructure and client health and getting us closer 100% compliance for deployments
- Migrating current environment from SCCM to co-managed environment. Moving from gold images to vanilla images and autopilot
- Hardware / Software procurement as may be required
- Good in communication and in Client Interaction
- ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Change Management
- Experience in Cloud hosting services like Azure added advantage
- Working Knowledge of Production Servers.
