Detailed Job Description:
- Must have atleast 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Sales, Marketing, Field Services.
- Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
- Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
- Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices.
- Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and tech
