Detailed Job Description:

  • Activities in Scope Access troubleshooting Account unlock and password reset
  • Application Software Installation JAMF application support MAC Imaging using DEPOS
  • Upgradation as per established standards
  • Loaner device management Network connectivity issues
  • Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting
  • Printer configuration
  • Working with Desktop engineering and ITAM teams
  • Updating SNOW records as appropriate Incident and Request ticket support
  • Working with remote SD team for escalated issues.
