- Activities in Scope Access troubleshooting Account unlock and password reset
- Application Software Installation JAMF application support MAC Imaging using DEPOS
- Upgradation as per established standards
- Loaner device management Network connectivity issues
- Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting
- Printer configuration
- Working with Desktop engineering and ITAM teams
- Updating SNOW records as appropriate Incident and Request ticket support
- Working with remote SD team for escalated issues.
