Detailed Job Description:
- Must have overall 6 years of experience in Procurement technologies SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP etc.
- Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of hands on working experience Coupa.
- Must have experience in configuring Coupa, user set up, approval workflow design, punch out set up etc
- Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Account Payable, Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP s
- Coupa SIM module experience.
- Deep understanding of Source to Pay process.
- Previous experience in implementing at least one end to end Coupa implementation project.
- Previously worked as Coupa admin / supported Coupa for medium to large clients.
- Previous experience worked in fast paced companies, Agile / scrum methodology.
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with business and development team.
- Candidate must be able to work independently on complex configurations.
- Proficient in developing various project documents.
- Passionate, quick learner, Team first mindset.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-starter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop technical requirements for To-Be business processes
- Write functional and technical design document
- Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
- Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
- Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
- Deploy solution in various environments
- Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client s key and end users
Other Skills:
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++
- Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
- Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL
- Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation)
- Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases
