• Strong Manhattan WMS end to end consulting experience
• Experience in advanced Distribution solutions, processes, implementation support Including Manhattan WMi/PKMS or other Enterprise WMS solutions
• Strong understanding of WMS software functionalities

• Must be able to author documents using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Visio).
• Must have strong communication skills verbal and written.
• Outstanding stakeholder communication skills

• Fully understand customer s business processes, associated systems and applications, as well as the underlying data, how it interrelates, and the tools best practice processes that are available to manage them.
• Supporting the WMS implementation by capturing needs, defining and analyzing requirements, and liaising between business and technical resources
• Working closely with business users, gather requirements and translate to functional design documents for implementation.
• Manage assigned deliverables including requirements, process maps, functional specifications, configuration specifications, training material, and other deliverables as required.

1. Conduct training needs assessment, develop training strategy, and role - based curriculum
