Detailed Job Description:

• At least 7 years dedicated performance engineering and performance testing experience
• 4+ years performance testing applications hosted in the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc)
• Extensive experience with a wide suite of performance test tools including jMeter, Load Runner, Blazemeter.
• Experienced in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing.
• Experienced developing and presenting detailed Performance Test Analysis reports
• Experienced with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Cases, Pipelines, Code Repos)
• Experience leading a multi-vendor Onshore / Offshore team with Performance Testing resources
• Ability to plan, estimate, and coordinate multiple performance testing engagements simultaneously
• Understanding Testing Maturity Models and how they are applied to increase maturity of quality and IT organization to enable continuous improvement.
• Understanding conventional and cloud testing strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
