• Must have atleast 12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Sales, Marketing, Field Services.
• Must have handled large teams and projects following Agile methodology.
• Should be well versed in Scrum processes.
• Must be PMP certified.
• Must multitask in a global environment across a matrix organization, including outsourced service providers, and per customers project management methods PPM.
• Position requires the resource to participate in business discussions and capture customer pain points
