- BS or MS from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil Engineering or similar
- EIT license or ability to obtain within one year of employment
- 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, leadership and technical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self - initiative to meet client deadlines
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil3D
- Must Haves The engineers need to havethe steel design/RISA/Mount Analysis
- Previous experience with a civil engineering design firm
- Telecom knowledge and experience with projects for small cell, DAS, cell site compounds, antenna/tower mods, etc.
- Working knowledge of Telecom mount analysis
Experience required: 5 Years
