Detailed Job Description:

• OnBase experience including form design and workflow configuration.
• SAP ABAP Coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• SAP Materials Management (MM) configuration and support.
• SRM 7.13 configuration and support.
• SAP Purchasing (PUR) configuration and support.
• SAP MRP Controlling.
• SmartDocs Vendor Portal support.
• LawTrac Support.
• ServiceNow configuration / development / end-user support experience is a plus.
• Experience using ServiceNow (changing ticket status, maintaining work notes, generating tasks, etc.)
• Exerience with test planning, script maintenance, and test result tracking using Azure DevOps.
• Developing / creating documents in UPerform.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to write business and technical specifications according to defined and established methodology and standards.
