• Project work, documentation, follow policies and process Moving servers virtually, setting up new systems for deployments, storage, etc VMware, backup software, networking knowledge
• Mixed environment of server Operating system on Microsoft and small number of Linux Nutanix hardware compute and storage
• Experience supporting a large environment, high level of activity environment, good customer service

Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Maintains smooth operation of a large enterprise consists of 60 Nutanix cluster
• Maintain VMware and Windows VMs running over the Nutanix appliances
• Maintain the availability and uptime of the systems
• On call support for the high priority incidents and mentor the other members in the team
• Working different support teams and other stakeholders for application and systems maintenance
