Monitoring of alerts escalation reporting Administration and maintenance of appliances Ongoing configuration changes, device support, OEM vendor coordination, monitoring, responding escalation of IPS events Signature Updates, rule imports software version upgrade on the appliances in scope Monitor analyze events Backup Restore of configurations Create Knowledge documents Wiki articles Vulnerability compliance scanning of existing environment Quarterly and adhoc scanning and reporting Platform
