Detailed Job Description:
- Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IdentityNow development and deployment.
- Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on Identity and Access Management tool - SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint IdentityNow Access Governance, in Configuring Connectors, Role Management, Life Cycle Manager Provisioning and Access Certifications.
- Knowledge on Report generation, Integration with end/target systems and SailPoint Identity IQ APIs, REST APIs, Patch up gradation
- Experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IIQ Designer & Analyzer tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by our customers.
- Document problem solutions in company knowledge base.
- Present technical concepts in a clear manner.
- Participate in recurring support review meetings, presenting challenging cases and new ideas to the support team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Integration, Implementation, Support & Maintenance.
