Detailed Job Description:

  • Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IdentityNow development and deployment.
  • Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on Identity and Access Management tool - SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint IdentityNow Access Governance, in Configuring Connectors, Role Management, Life Cycle Manager Provisioning and Access Certifications.
  • Knowledge on Report generation, Integration with end/target systems and SailPoint Identity IQ APIs, REST APIs, Patch up gradation
  • Experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IIQ Designer & Analyzer tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by our customers.
  • Document problem solutions in company knowledge base.
  • Present technical concepts in a clear manner.
  • Participate in recurring support review meetings, presenting challenging cases and new ideas to the support team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Integration, Implementation, Support & Maintenance.
